A mixed-use entertainment destination designed to bring the community together.
Franklin on 4th combines Fenders Family Entertainment Center — featuring a sports bar, arcade, cornhole, shuffleboard, and an outdoor patio — with Earl's Pizza, a full-service Italian-American restaurant concept. helseM Architects led the full architectural visualization, space planning, and design documentation across all zones of the multi-tenant venue.
